Very freindly poilte guy. He even had a genuine miele replacement part. Got a call half hour to let me know he was coming. I was more than happy with the price. Gave me a lift to cashpoint. Diagnozed the problem then fixed it, job done. Prob at my place 30 mins. Nice one mathew.

Just one thing it would be good to get a card payer machine for customers.
