After numerous calls to other repair businesses, Matthew answered and visited my home within the hour. The washing machine was repaired within 10 minutes and Matthew was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company, as I received free advice as to continued maintenance of my machine. The price was reasonable and the whole experience was delightful. A job very well done!

Very freindly poilte guy. He even had a genuine miele replacement part. Got a call half hour to let me know he was coming. I was more than happy with the price. Gave me a lift to cashpoint. Diagnozed the problem then fixed it, job done. Prob at my place 30 mins. Nice one mathew.

Just one thing it would be good to get a card payer machine for customers.
