Very freindly poilte guy. He even had a genuine miele replacement part. Got a call half hour to let me know he was coming. I was more than happy with the price. Gave me a lift to cashpoint. Diagnozed the problem then fixed it, job done. Prob at my place 30 mins. Nice one mathew.
Just one thing it would be good to get a card payer machine for customers.

Bosch Drier/washer M/c - repair
"I phoned the company last Thursday a got and appointment for the following Friday morning. Mathew arrived (early) and quickly identified the problem as a failed pump. He had a replacement Bosch part with him and replaced the pump unit very quickly - job done in about half an hour. Mathew appeared very knowledgeable about kitchen equipment and was friendly, polite and caused the minimum of mess etc., which he cleared up. I intend to call the company again very soon to repair/replace a faulty cooker air filtration unit."
